Friday-Monday and Wednesday.
Daily Amount of Grunt Work:
High for example, degreasing breakfast/grill station,
cleaning fryers, making hamburger platter set-ups for
the lunch rush sweeping and mopping, and collecting dirty
trays.
Busiest Day of the Week:
Saturday.
Most Favorite Task:
Preparing, cooking and serving meals to the guests.
Least Favorite Task:
Changing deep fryer oil and cleaning the grill station at the end of the shift.
Somthing They Didn't Expect To Do:
Learn parts of the Spanish language through working with the International staff.
Ways To Make Their Job Easier:
Take advantage of slow periods by restocking supplies to be prepared for the busy meal periods.
Perks Of The Job:
Getting to know the Upper Management of Killington as they come through for lunch frequently and of course the FREE shift meal!
