Frank Pauzé

Frank has an MBA in Finance from Boston College. He graduated with a B.S. in Hotel Administration from the University of New Hampshire. Some of Frank’s industry experience includes Chief Operating Officer, Restaurant Management Services, Inc., Columbus, OH, 1992-1993 and President of The Four Seasons Catering Co., Columbus, OH, 1989-1991. As well as working for ten different hotels including the Marriott Washington, DC, and the Sheraton Boston. To add to his practical experience Frank has been in the front of the collegiate classroom for over twenty years. When Frank is not teaching he enjoys watching hockey. Frank is currently the president of three youth hockey associations in Ohio.

Larry Bittinger
Assistant Professor of Resort & Hospitality Management & Executive in Residence
Larry is a senior executive with general management success in both domestic and international organizations. He has expertise in corporate leadership, including marketing, strategic planning, acquisition integration and staff management functions. Larry has experience in financial restructuring and operational reorganization. Most recently Larry has been employed as the President and CEO of the Minnesota Vikings Food Services, LLC in Minneapolis, MN and the President of Prisim Incorporated, a subsidiary of S.C. Johnson Company in Miami, FL. He is the professor of Management Information Systems and Data Management, Financial Management and Budgeting, Food and Beverage Operations and Purchasing, Market Research, and Business Strategy.

Diane Davis
Director, Human Resources, Killington Resort, University of Rhode Island

Diane has been with Killington since 1987. Her board affiliations include Rutland Regional Medical Center, Rutland Mental Health Services (Vice Chair), and the Human Resource Investment Council (Governor's appointment). Prior to moving to Vermont, Diane co-owned a computer sales and service company and was the production manager for a jewelry company. Diane is an avid skier (both alpine and Nordic), a bicyclist and kayaker in addition to being the mother of two grown daughters.
Colleen Garrett
Training/Education Coordinator & GMC Co-Op Mgr, Killington Resort, B.S. – SUNY (English)
Teaching: Coordinator for all Co-Ops/ Internships, RLM 1050, RLM 2050, RLM 3050
Colleen has been with Killington on a seasonal basis since 1989. She managed guest services for four years and then coordinated in the ticket department for several years before moving to the Human Resources department. In the summers, Colleen manages an inn on Martha's Vineyard.
Rich McCoy
Director, Retail Operations
Teaching: RLM 2125, Retail and Consumer Behavior.
Studied at Hudson Valley CC, Saint Petersburg College. Has been working for Killington since 1999. Previously worked as a Yacht Broker in Florida. Started retail career with E&B/West Marine in Florida. Opened numerous stores in the Great Lakes area for E&B/West Marine. Managed stores for Jumbo Sports and Staples. Rich is an avid waterskier, snowskier, & snowboarder. Rich enjoys boating, hunting,
snowmobiling, and motorcycles. He is a father to a son and daughter.
