Maintenance & Facilities

The maintenance & facilities department is responsible for general upkeep to buildings and grounds. The department oversees the campus’ main boiler system, fire alarm system and underground electrical distribution system, as well as building heating and air conditioning systems. Cleaning services, trash removal and tasks such as mowing, plowing and raking are also completed by the maintenance and facilities department.

The department includes auxilary services, the grounds crew, the housekeeping/custodial staff and the carpentry, plumbing and painting crews. The office is located in the physical plant behind Withey Student Center.
